SAPS PRIVACY POLICY

SAPS recognize that your privacy is very important and SAPS takes your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy.

We collect your information, your name, address, email address and contact number when you register to us as a ‘Reader' or a ‘Supplier'. At the time you express interest in attaining additional information, or when you register for the Service, we may also ask for additional information.

Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

We give you the authority to edit your own account and preferences at your own time.

You may request deletion of your account by informing SAPS admin also stating why you want to delete your account. Deletion of account will have to be approved by SAPS admin.

Your account will be put on hold and deactivated in an approximate period of 90 days, after which your account will be deleted.

Security

Your SAPS Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security.

We use password encryption in our SQL database.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages. You agree that such posting will constitute sufficient and adequate notice to you of the changes.

You agree that your continued use of our products or services after such amendment will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the modified policy.
